About the House

Traditional look, modern comfort

The house has a characteristic layout typical of rural homes. The entrance is located in the middle of the building and leads into the kitchen, which also serves as the dining area. Bedrooms are situated on both sides, each with its own private bathroom.

In the room on the left, which is slightly larger, there is a cast-iron stove that allows for additional heating in winter. This room also has a second door that opens through the veranda to the terrace behind the house, where in summer, under a sun-shading awning, you can enjoy a meal or simply sit with a glass of wine. The garden, enclosed by a wall covered with ivy and wild vines, offers a sense of privacy.

The house is built from local stone, providing excellent insulation. It features underfloor heating, and air conditioning is available during the summer.
